Who does what

Every ticket and tour listed here is sold by a third party. The teamLab Planets entry ticket is sold by LINKTIVITY through GetYourGuide. The guided Borderless tours are run by MARKEVISION and sold through GetYourGuide. The standalone teamLab Borderless admission ticket is sold through Klook, which teamLab uses as its tourist ticketing platform.

The seller takes your payment and holds your booking, and the museum sets the admission rules. We have no authority to make commitments on anyone's behalf and cannot change, refund or reschedule anything.

This website is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to teamLab, teamLab Planets TOKYO, teamLab Borderless, MORI Building or any booking platform. It is not the official website of either museum.

Museum names, artwork titles and exhibition names appear here because they are the facts a visitor needs in order to book the right thing.

What the commission does not buy

Placement, ratings and wording are not for sale, and nobody has paid to appear here or to be described in a particular way.

The test is on the page itself. The cheapest listing on the site is the one we point most people towards, and the most expensive one carries the plainest warning: a guided tour buys you 1.5 fixed hours inside a museum where a plain ticket buys you unlimited time.

Ratings and reviews

Ratings and review counts are the platform's own, read on the date shown: 4.6 from 13,437 reviews, 4.7 from 26 and 4.6 from 9 in August 2026. The Klook Borderless ticket carries no rating on this site, because we could not read one in a form we could verify — so none is shown rather than an invented one.

We do not calculate a site rating of our own, and this site carries no aggregate rating in its markup, because the site itself has no reviews. Quoted reviews keep the reviewer's first name, country and month as published, and are quoted as short excerpts. We do not write testimonials.

Museum admission prices in yen come from the museums' own ticket pages and are dynamic — the figure on the day you book may differ from the figure printed here. Platform prices are starting prices in US dollars at the time of the last check, stated on the page with the month attached.
